Spicy, Delicious, Curried Baked Beans by Shobha

Baked beans are a handy standby when you are in a hurry, so always make sure you have cans of beans in your pantry. Beans are an excellent source of protein and fiber as well. Shobha suggests that you serve this dish with rice or bread. She adds that it is especially good served at a barbeque!
