Delicious Macaroni and Cheese with No boil Pasta

Viola Pace, who lives in Florida, USA, is the grandmother of Hayden Bauer, a very good friend of my son, Darshan. She created this delicious version of macaroni and cheese, which is unlike any other recipe for macaroni & cheese, you do not boil the macaroni at all.

Viola is an excellent cook who graciously hosted several of Hayden's friends and provided them with delicious meals. My son who was one of Viola's guests, admired her grace, hospitality and her cooking style. When Darshan returned home he spoke fondly of Viola and her wonderful food. He brought back a few of Viola's recipes.

Darshan and I have tried the recipe for macaroni and cheese and really like it a lot. The ingredients are high in calories but because it is so rich you are satiated with small portions. This is a useful recipe, especially if you have a busy day, as there is little preparation involved, yet you can easily have a delicious meal for dinner.

To complement the rich taste of this dish, have a green salad or grilled broccoli as a side dish. For those who prefer to avoid ingredients like butter, milk & cheese, please substitute with more suitable ingredients.
