We are now well into the New Year. Let's hope that this is a Happy Year for all of us. Many of you will be making desserts, as that is part of the way we entertain and show a bit of love and happiness.
Sometimes we may not access to a scale to measure ingredients, but really do want to try that delicious dessert. Well here are some measures that may help you create that perfect dessert after all.
